                         Operation instruction

I. Product general situation:

ZMC--16 40--2 3R Model pneumatic two-position trip valve, belonging to pneumatic actuators, shuts off or switches the direction of yielding mediums(liquid, gas and steam) according to signals of monitoring instrument to satisfy the system's requirements aiming at pressure, temperature, flux as well as other technological parameters. Its characteristics are as follows: multi-spring actuating mechanism, valve body and its interior components are all made of stainless steel, small volume, light weight, convenient maintenance, stuffing box is double sealed and can be adjusted, sealed and reliable. This product acts as the automatic control and remote control system applying to various kinds of industrial process without requirements of adjustment which only performs on-off and switching actions and doesn't allow leak out when closing up.

II. Operating principle:

Pneumatic two-position trip valve consists of two parts: pneumatic actuating mechanism and trip valve. When there's no signal pressure, actuating mechanism makes valve core shut upper valve seat owing to pretightening force of springs; when air signal pressure of 350KP is input, pallet impulses valve rod to move downwards, making valve core shut lower valve seat. So that yielding mediums inside the conduit can be shut off or switched.
